AU Sanctuary: Adam Worth didn’t orchestra an Abnormal uprising. He blew up most of Praxis to fuel his time travel but Abnormals didn’t flee to the surface. So no SCIU, etc. Magnus didn’t spend 100+ years building an underground Sanctuary Maxius. Instead, she spent the time having a large family.

AU Rizzoli & Isles: Maura’s biological father is not Paddy Doyle and she was not adopted. Maura was raised by her biological mother.
